Logging issues
You are allowed to create an account. The system will ask you for an email, which I'll be able to see. If you're not entirely comfortable with that, you can just put in some bogus email, like "bill@ms.com" or
"mindurbusiness@fuck.$off". Then, you can just go to any of the repositories and log your issues.
Creating your repository
At the moment, you aren't allowed to do that. If you however want access for that feature, you can reach me at topchetoeu@gmail.com to request a repository.
Contributing
By default, you won't be able to create branches. However, you may create an issue and request contribution access. If you get access to contribute, DO NOT abuse your privileges, or you WILL be IP
and username banned. By abuse I mean spamming PRs and filling your branches with gigabytes of data.
